Daniel Godard
Lead Pastor
Pastor Dan has served as Lead Pastor of Victory Church since 2008. He attended Victory Bible College and then served as a pastor for 13 years at Royal Oak Victory Church in Calgary. His desire is to lead our church to be a passionately Christ-seeking and Christ-centered community whose doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds and walks of life, regardless of where they might be at on their spiritual journey.
His vision for our church is that we would be a team of people that lead our friends, neighbours, family, and co-workers to know, love and serve Jesus. He has a passion for missions and travels extensively teaching and training pastors and leaders around the world. He enjoys cheering for the Calgary Flames, eating great food, reading great books and hiking in the mountains. He and his wife Marianna have three amazing teenagers that they are very proud of.

Larry Gerow
Associate Pastor
Pastor Larry and Donna have served in Victory Churches for over twenty years. They have been involved in 5 church plants and after 7 years as senior pastors they felt the call to come and assist the ministry at VCMJ and have been associate pastors here ever since. Their goal is to see people equipped to do the work of the ministry.
They have 4 grown sons and 2 grandchildren and have also had the privilege of raising 7 teenage boys from Sudan along with a house that always seems to have lots of folks around the dinner table. Pastor Larry and Donna’s passion is to see lives changed. They are known for their “can-do, it’ll work” attitude. “If it can’t be fixed with a dry wall screw, give it a hug!”

Kelly Boisclair
Communications Director
Kelly Boisclair has grown up in Moose Jaw and started attending Victory Church in the year 2000. She Joined VCMJ staff in 2009 after returning from her missions trips in Thailand with her husband Dave. Kelly is our Administrator and as well as being an Area Leader in our Children's Ministry. She and her husband, Dave, have two children.
Dave Boisclair
Associate Pastor
Dave was born and raised in Moose Jaw and started attending Victory Church in 1999. He has a desire for missions, media and seeing people connect with the local church. Dave has worked at VMCJ in several capacities over the years and joined as a full-time staff member in 2016. He currently runs our media teams and online ministries.
Jesse Bourassa
Associate Pastor
Pastor Jesse and his wife Julie were senior pastors in Northern Alberta for eleven years before moving to Moose Jaw in July of 2023. They have a passionate commitment to living out the fullness of the Gospel every day. Pastor Jesse has a Bachelor of Theology from VBCI and has a vision to bring the Word of God to life in a real and authentic way.
Marianna Godard
Admin Team
Marianna has been serving at Victory alongside her husband since 2008, when they moved to Moose Jaw to become the lead pastors. She is the proud Mom of three amazing children, and surrounded by her family is her favourite place to be.
She is passionate about real people having real encounters with a living God who loves them deeply. ‘Team’ and ‘Details’ are two of her favourite words, and both are an important part of her current role in administration.
Her perfect day would include a great cup of coffee, a stack of books, a mountain view and her family.

Geoff Dresser
Worship Pastor
Geoff is passionate about helping the church to proclaim, encounter, enjoy and celebrate Jesus. He is on faculty at Briercrest College and Seminary where he is training the next generation of worship leaders. Geoff is married to Pearl and they have three sons; Pierce, Gideon and Preston.
Patrick Braun
Youth Pastor
Patrick has been attending Victory Church Moose Jaw since November of 2021. He has been serving at Crosswalk Youth since his arrival. He interned with Victory for 2 summers then came on as full time in September 2023. He has a heart for seeing young people come to know Jesus, and is committed to partnering with God to see revival in the young people of Moose Jaw.
Ojey Calolot
Technical Director
Ojey was originally from Philippines moved to Canada in 2016 to be reunited with his family. Ever since he's been a part of our worship and production team. He's very passionate on getting everyone connected and involved in our church. Ojey is married to Bekah and expecting their first-born this April 2024.
Rilene Johnson
Children's Pastor
She joined our victory staff in October of 2018. Rilene is a farmers wife and mom to all boys. Rilene joined our staff team in October of 2018 as our Children’s Pastor.
Gord Hallett
Director of Small Group Ministry
Gord was born and raised in Moose Jaw. He has served in a variety of ministry positions for the past forty years. He is a graduate of Canadian Theological Seminary and Ontario Theological Seminary.
His vision for Victory Church is to see every person connected to a healthy Small Group where they, Grow in Christ, Discover their God given ministry gifts in the church, Act on God’s mission for them in the world and Care in practical ways.
He and his wife Bonnie have three children and nine grandchildren.

Joy Koroscil
Admin Team
Joy Koroscil and her husband, Tim, moved to Moose Jaw in 2015. They have 3 children: Trustin, Isabelle, & Elijah. She and her family started attending VCMJ in 2018 and Joy joined our staff in 2021. She serves in the VC Kid's Ministry and in the main office as our Admin Assistant. She loves serving the Lord and she is thankful for her family.
