Dave and Kelly Boisclair have been married just over 3 years. They have been part of the Victory Family here in Moose Jaw since they were little kids. After graduating Kelly did some university and then married Dave and they went to Thailand to Bible College Training and various ministries with our Victory Churches in Asia. They have a passion for missions, children’s ministry and youth. Dave and Kelly long to see young people and adults alike learn to walk the walk of their faith with integrity. “Real, sold out Christianity is the only way to go…” says Dave, “…no holding back.” Recently Kelly has joined our staff as our church administrator and they both serve in numerous ministries in the church such as children’s ministry, youth ministry and worship team.
